Payments and Billing
All payments made on this website are processed through AstraPay, the billing platform used by Astra Fitness. Charges may appear on the customer’s bank or credit card statement as ASTRA FITNESS or AstraPay.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2 business days from our U.S. fulfillment center.
- Estimated delivery times vary by region and will be displayed during checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or natural events.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
