Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions, process, and expectations for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Billing Descriptor Notice

“Payments on this website are securely processed through AstraPay, the billing platform used by Astra Fitness. Your bank or credit card statement may display the charge as ASTRA FITNESS or AstraPay.”

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided when requesting a return.
  • Certain products such as consumables, clearance items, digital products, or personalized items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@astrafitness.us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack your items securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • In certain cases a full refund can be processed without a delay, you will need to speak to our customer support at: (781) 867-2510 for initiating a refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order once your refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will send a prepaid return label and replace the item at no cost to you.
